  2. Who leads the training sessions, and what are their qualifications? The training is led by Allen, nicknamed “Mr. Fusion,” who brings over 22 years of experience in the industry. He holds certifications from McElroy University as an independent McElroy Certified Trainer and Inspector, George Fischer Central Plastics as a Certified LDC Trainer, and AquaTherm as a Master Trainer. Allen’s extensive field experience in 45 states allows him to provide both technical expertise and hands-on consultative advice.
  3. What industries do you typically serve? HDPE Training caters to a wide range of industries, including construction, utilities, plumbing, gas distribution, and environmental services. Our clients come from various sectors requiring high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fusion training and certification.
  4. How do you customize training for different clients? Every training program is tailored to fit the specific needs of your company. We assess your team’s current skill levels, identify knowledge gaps, and design a course that aligns with your operational goals and industry requirements. Whether you're looking for field training or certifications, we adjust the program accordingly.
  5. What is the cost structure of your training programs? Pricing for our training sessions varies depending on the length and scope of the training, as well as the number of participants. We offer competitive rates for both on-site and remote sessions. For detailed pricing, please contact Allen at [email protected].
  6. Do you offer virtual training, and how does it work? Yes, we offer virtual training options for teams that cannot attend in-person sessions. Our virtual training includes live demonstrations, interactive Q&A sessions, and digital materials. We ensure that virtual attendees have the same level of engagement and expertise as they would during an in-person session.
  7. What does a typical training session look like? Our sessions are hands-on and involve practical demonstrations, fusion equipment operations, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. The length and depth of the session are customized to match your team’s specific needs, ranging from a few hours to multiple days for certification courses.
