Allen is a highly credentialed professional, holding certifications from McElroy University as an independent McElroy Certified Trainer and McElroy Certified Inspector, George Fischer Central Plastics as a Certified LDC Trainer, and AquaTherm as a Master Trainer. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Allen has excelled in roles such as Field Service Technician, Rental Manager, Certified Fusion Trainer, Ferguson/Wolseley Branch Manager, and Eastern Regional Trainer.

Nicknamed “Mr. Fusion,” Allen has extensive field experience and a wealth of technical and consultative expertise. His work has taken him to 45 states, from the icy expanse of Alaska’s North Slope to the tropical shores of Hawaii. As he travels, Allen shares his passion for HDPE fusion with everyone, including his wife Renee and their dogs, Maverick and Lucy.

Renee Stratton
COO

Renee Stratton brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her role as COO of Plastic Pipe Technologies. Prior to joining the company, she spent over 17 years at AT&T in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she held various key positions and earned numerous accolades for her contributions.

As a Universal Service Executive from March 2013 to December 2020, Renee was recognized with the Key Contributor Award in 2019 and 2020 for her outstanding impact and expertise in wireline, mobility, inventory, ordering, service assurance, and system issues. She built trusted relationships with large corporations such as Dell EMC, managing the overall customer service experience and advocating internally on behalf of customers. Her strategic account planning, trend identification for sales opportunities, and management of complex escalations showcased her problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.

Previously, Renee served as a Service Manager from September 2003 to February 2013. She received the Key Contributor Award in 2008, 2009, and 2011 for her efficient management of medium-sized clients, including Regions Bank and AAA Cooper Transportation. Her responsibilities included delivering stewardship and service client reviews, resolving billing discrepancies, ensuring on-time order implementation, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Renee’s extensive background in customer service, strategic planning, and problem resolution makes her a valuable leader at Plastic Pipe Technologies, where she continues to drive the company’s mission of delivering exceptional polyethylene fusion welding solutions across North America.
